Rice Thai Cuisine is a small family owned Thai Restaraunt founded, owned and managed by James and Tia Zirger. When Tia came from Thailand in 2010 she noticed a lack of good authentic Thai food on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She had to travel to other states to get the tastes of back home. James and Tia spent the next 10 years getting to the point where Rice Thai Cuisine could be opened in April 2020. What sets Rice Thai out amongst other restaraunts is our pursuit to try to always put quality, authenticity and consistency over everything else. Even as busy as we are now, we still go pick out alot of our own produce and meats, instead of settling for whatever a distributor can provide us. We think that quality shows. If you want it spicy, we go from 0 to 4. where 0 is home it comes normally and 4 is Thai spicy.
